Robert Ogletree is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a both BA in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting. Mr. Ogletree attended the University of Mississippi School of Law and graduated with his J.D. in 1996. Since 1996, Mr. Ogletree has built a diverse practice representing both corporations and individuals. Mr. Ogletree’s jury trials include cases involving medical malpractice, consumer finance, motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injuries. He has represented parties involving OSHA/Safety violations, defective products, construction disputes, employment, divorce, immigration, construction defects, insurance coverage, premises security and medical malpractice. Mr. Ogletree’s practice today focuses on civil litigation.
Mr. Ogletree has handled all phases of litigation and discovery from start to finish, including hundreds of motion hearings and depositions.
Mr. Ogletree is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
