How do I determine if the at-fault party in a car accident is insured or uninsured?

One of the first things you should do in an auto accident is ask the other driver for the insurance information. That’s one way. The second way is obtain a copy of the accident report which the officer would have put each party’s insurance information on that accident report. Sometimes that’s not accurate though.

My law firm does a really good job of seeking out and finding out what insurances are available and how much coverage is available for your particular injury. So, while there are a number of ways to do it, there’s also a number of ways to avoid getting that information to you as well, but what we try to do is to make sure we are able to find it and get you compensated for your injury.
