Are witnesses important in catastrophic injury cases?

Witnesses are important in every case, especially catastrophic injury cases. Not just witnesses that may have witnessed the event that caused the catastrophic injury, but we wanna also look at witnesses that knew the person suffering from the catastrophic injury before the injury. Those witnesses can talk about what they were able to do then versus what they’re able to do post-injury. There are a myriad of witnesses that we would like to interview in every catastrophic injury case in order to make sure that we’re accounting for all of the damages and make sure that we’re accounting for every avenue of fault.
