What is a negligent security claim?

A negligent security claim is twofold. One, if the property owner had noticed that there were dangerous conditions, in other words, there was criminal activity on their property, and they knew or believed that a security firm or by them employing security guards could prevent that activity, and they failed to do that, and you were injured, robbed, mugged, raped, that type of thing on their property, then you may be successful in bringing a claim for negligent security against that property owner.
